Novi Sad, Serbia

I was planning so much in Belgrade cos I didn´t know what to do after. Those were my options (I think there were more pictures of planning but alright). We agreed to meet in Krakow with my 2 friends so that was one deadline, but what to do in the meantime? That was the question

I had not been in Balkans and I really wanted to, but I was afraid I won´t have so much to see everything..
Decided to go to Budapest. But before Budapest I went to Novi Sad for a day. Novi Sad (new sad. Alright alright, "new plant" in Serbian) is the second largest city in Serbia with around 250 000 people. Train ticket from Belgrade to NS cost 3,18 €. In Novi Sad I tried to leave my luggage somewhere but it was a bit complicated. Had to go from train station to bus station which was close but there wasn´t so much info about where to leave it etc. Left it somehow and went to the city. Well tried. There wasn´t any sighs again so I was just walking around aimlessly. Tried to find a mall, shopping center where would be wifi, again that took a while because there aren´t any shopping malls. In Estonia you can find them in every corner
Eeee toilet selfie
Went up to the castle, this was one church on the way, on the hill to there
Noiss
You could climb up and just be there. And ofc no banister. Was windy as you can see from my hair
Danube river behind
Was really nice to walk up there
Petrovaradin fortress. Under the fortress was many underground tunnels, didn´t know about them while I was there aka didn´t go there

Clock tower
Tried to go down and find an exit but it was hard because I didn´t want to take the same path as I came from cos boring. Eventually I had to.. Tear
Look at my horse my horse is amazing
That fortress
Went to the post office to buy stamps. I don´t buy souvenirs because they are pointless and I have to carry them all the time with in my backpack and if I would buy them they would take space and be heavy. I do buy postcards and send it to my family, telling them I´m alive. Buying postcards is easy, buying stamps not so easy. Most of the times I have to find a post office for em. Post office in Novi Sad had long line and it took ages. Also, the thing was it was all in Serbian (and whatever languages) and I didn´t know which line to wait in. Maybe I have to wait until everybody gets what they want infront of me to find out that I was standing in the wrong line.. K. I asked from one worker where to stand. To much effort for buying a stamp :/ And on the picture, how should I know what it is. I know how to read cyrillic, but don´t know what the word means. This was an easy example, others were more complicated
Food on the plate
Sometimes you get a soup, sometimes soap
Name of Mary church. Largest church in NS, located in the city center on the Liberty square
Main square
Some building

Main square again
Went to eat in one eco place - Kombinat. Pasta cost 3,4 € and diy lemonade 1,3. So that place was eco n sh*t but the smoking inside was allowed. Dafak man
It was 8-11 degrees already, I had time before my train so I went walking around. Wanted to see one Nato thing but didn´t fidn it. Also I was walking on the car road so that was a bit scary. This is how much gas cost in Serbia. 1 € = 122 dinar
Went to the shop to buy some food for the road and to bus station to collect my luggage. Fuck, it was closed. Fuck. Went to ask in the info because I need my bag back.. Those people didn´t speak english so good, had to sign language :D They called some people and I got my bag back! I thought I have to bribe them again like I did in Warsaw. I really have bad luck with them for some reason. Basically, keeping my luggage there cos less than a €, so nice!
