Estonian travelling: Finland. Week 1. Northern Magic EVS 2016

I was in Poland and I saw a call for Estonian participants to Finland in a short-term EVS. I applyed and when I came back to Estonia I went stright to the meeting. They accepted me and off I went. I went to Tallinn the day before and after noon went to da ship

Got our cottages, left our stuff, ate and went out with some guys to discover the place. Did not do it long, cos it was bloooody freezing. Das ist Isma aka attencion w***e xD

First day. Everyone chose a postcard how they felt. There was 17 people, mostly 2 from each country. There was participants from Estonia, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, Ireland and Portugal. On the first week we got to know eachother and built team by team-building. Our EVS lasted from 7th of November to 15th of December

Everyone got a paper, wrote down what is their favourite hobby. Then we did a snow war with those hobby papers. When the music stopped we found a piece of snow and 1-2 people to talk to about our new hobbies. Did that couple of times

We were divided into groups and everyone had to cut our name from newspaper and glue them on a paper. So if that was not clear, I had to find letters M-E-E-L-I-K-A

Our group members were shared to other groups (fun fact) and we were given espaghetti, pack of marshmallows and picture what we had to imitate. We had to do a tower - team building

We had a swamp and if someone walks there (s)he will drown AND DIEEEE. So we had to get that basket out from the bog without losing people (or if, then James.) We could use items what we could reach and use them to get the basket

Aghhh dem food! Really would like it now <3 On the first week the food was made for us. Breakfast and lunch we ate in Villa Elba and dinner was made for us and we ate it in our cottages. After first week we were given food money and we had to make our own food. I cooked on Mondays, Esra on Tuesdays, Caramel-Wednesday, Elif-Thursday and Triin-Friday. Weekends we kind of made it together or someone who was starving made the food

Multi-culti! I wrote 'EESTI' backwards so 's' went a bit wrong (Eesti as Estonia in Estonian)

Me and Triiiiin. After multi-culti we hanged out in the Old Villa until 3 o´clock. We played different games like guess who you are while you have a post-it paper on the forehead and "James" card game #KimKardashian

City day aka like the movie "Chicken Run", we were free!

Went to all-you-can-eat-buffee. Lots of food mmmmmm. After a while you reached your limit and couldn´t eat anymore because it is the same food over and over again

It was snowing and everyone went outside to enjoy the snow. Some people basically had never seen snow :OO

Egg challenge. 2 groups had 1 egg each and they had to throw the egg from the second floor. The egg could not break. Also, we COULD protect it from breaking. So that is what we did. We protected it really good like you can see Lu doing it there. Not like other losers who were just sitting on the couch and doing nadaa

Funeral with bunch of homeless people

We had to cut pictures out from the magazines and glue them on big paper. One side of the paper was about who I am and what I like. Other side was the opposite. When everyone was done cutting and gluing we had to introduce and explain our papers. I went up, pointed to the mexican guy and told "I am not Mexican" Everyone understood "I do not like Mexicans". Like whooa gwait what? :D

Went to the city with bikes. Oh dzii it was horrible. We had 4 bikes and 6 people + snow. You do the math. Basically Andy ran to the city and Alberrtu could not handle Jaras weight so I took her myself cos I am a strong independent black woman who needs no man
